Highways, Inc. owns and operates five asphalt plants with the capability of producing approximately 1.5 million tons of asphalt per year. We will usually lay approximately 800,000 tons of asphalt per year and approximately 2.5 million tons of base stone. All asphalt plants are equipped with a state tested and approved material testing labs and run TDOT approved mixes.. All plant technicians are TDOT certified technicians. We strive to follow all TDEC and EPA regulations to help keep Tennessee's air clean!
